Craig Walker, Founding Lead Pastor of Upward Church, serves as the National Field Director for Acts2day Ministries. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by pastors, Craig's mission aligns with Acts2day's goal of providing leadership and resources to reach America for Christ. His warm and inspiring leadership style particularly resonates with young pastors, guiding them on their spiritual journeys. Craig and his wife, Lezli, have been missionaries in China, Czechoslovakia, and the US. They reside in Pensacola, FL, with their two children and granddaughter. Craig's dedication makes him an invaluable asset to Acts2day Ministries, guiding the organization and empowering the next generation of Christian leaders.

A Little History on the IPHC

The International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC) is a global denomination with deep historical roots, dating back to the late 19th century. Born from the union of the Holiness Movement and the Pentecostal Movement, the IPHC has evolved into a vibrant, growing denomination over the past century.

The Fire-Baptized Holiness Church (FBHC), founded in 1898, merged with a Pentecostal group led by Ambrose J. Tomlinson in 1911, forming the Pentecostal Holiness Church (PHC). The PHC embraced the distinct teachings of both movements, emphasizing sanctification, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and the spiritual gifts.

Over the years, the PHC expanded across the United States and internationally, eventually changing its name to the International Pentecostal Holiness Church in 1975 to reflect its global mission.

Today, the IPHC boasts a rich heritage and a presence in over 100 countries worldwide. Upholding its core beliefs in the power of the Holy Spirit, biblical truth, and spreading the good news of Jesus Christ, the IPHC remains committed to its long-standing tradition and spiritual legacy. As a forward-thinking denomination, the IPHC seeks innovative ways to reach the lost, while staying true to its values and never compromising the essence of the church.
