We are a historical Pentecostal denomination formed in 1898, but our spiritual roots are in the Day of Pentecost, when the believers in the upper room were filled with the Holy Spirit.

As our name shows, we are also connected to the 19th century’s Holiness movement, with its emphasis on God’s power to enable His followers to live victoriously over sin. In brief, we believe in justification by faith, sanctification, baptism in the Holy Spirit, divine healing, and the second coming of Jesus Christ.
